From March 30th to the 31st 2007 was the Regional Meeting, which was held in New York City. The meeting was hosted by St. John's University (Queens). KPMG, T.RowePrice, Jones Falls Watershed Association, and Beta Alpha Psi On April 14th 2007, the Iota Pi Chapter volunteered to help the Jones Falls Watershed Association clean up the trash, garabage, and other litter about the falls area. The trip was sponsored by KPMG, T.RowePrice, and other Beta Alpha Psi chapters from that area. The two day event was a moving experience and also allowed Iota Pi to join other chapters from western Maryland. RSM McGladrey, Maryland Food Bank, and Beta Alpha Psi On September 15th 2007, the Iota Pi joined with RSM McGladrey to take a BITE out of HUNGER! The chapter joined several other fellow Maryland chapters and met at the Maryland Food Bank. There at the food bank, we took our own bite out of hunger to help fellow Marylanders. Relay For Life and Beta Alpha Psi On September 28th 2007, the Iota Pi joined Relay For Life and helped them achive their fund raising goals for the American Cancer Society. |
