President Andrew Kehl: ak18426@salisbury.edu The president presides at meetings of the chapter, determines that all reporting responsibilities and other duties of the vice president, secretary, and treasurer are performed in accordance with International Constitution and Bylaws; and seeks to promote the welfare of the chapter and Beta Alpha Psi. Overall, the president is the figure head and inspiration to the chapter. Vice President James Schorm: js14351@salisbury.edu The vice president assists the president in the performance of the prescribed duties and acts in the president's place in the event of absence or incapacity. In the event the office of the President is vacant, the vice president shall assume the duties and responsibilities of the President. Vice President - Technology Lillian Hall: lh08057@salisbury.edu The vice president of technology (formally known as "Website Technician") presides over any technology needs that the chapter may require. Typically the vice president of technology must edit and update the Iota Pi Chapter's website that is hosted by Salisbury University. Other tasks may include preparing documents for meetings, offer technology assistance at meetings, and the like. Reporter Aaron Boker: ab15985@salisbury.edu The reporter records the minutes of the meetings of the chapter; ensures that the chapter online update is completed at least annually and that the membership roster is updated as necessary; transmits to the Excutive Office a list of chapter officers within fourteen (14) days of their installation; prepares and transmits such other reports as required by the Board and the Program for Chapter Activities; and fulfills all other duties ordinarily associated with the office of the secretary. |
