The
Caribbean Student Association
(CSA) at
Salisbury University extends membership to ALL students who are
interested in learning about the Caribbean in a fun atmosphere, making
new friends, and want to positively represent SU through service in the
Salisbury community and beyond!
Established in 2008, CSA continues to grow and develop as an
organization. We participate in yearly events hosted at SU including,
the Big Event, the Multicultural
Showcase, and the Multicultural Festival, just to name a few.
In
2011, we hosted our first annual
Caribbean Fair!
With representation from a variety of islands, the fair included games,
prizes, music and refreshments. Check out our Events page for more info
on the next fair and other fun CSA events!
As a part of our Island of the Month Series, each of our general meetings known as Island Wednesday has a different island theme and includes games, island appetizers, music and more!
Join us in Celebrating Caribbean People, History, and Culture!
Come out to the Caribbean Cooking demonstration Thursday, October 18, 6pm in the Dogwood Lounge! We'll be making Curry Chicken, Guyanese Style .(^_^).
