From the Newest Pinned Pledge to the Grand Master of The Chapter, You are ALL EQUAL. No one Man has any Power over Another.

 THERE IS NO Hierarchy Amongst Brothers

This Means that the Grandmaster of the Chapter Has No More Authority Than The Newly Initiated Brother.

WHAT IS A PLEDGE PERIOD?

The Pledge Period is the time when we get to learn about you and you get to learn about the oraganization. This is an Exclusive Social Society, which means not everyone is going to become a member. However, while your acceptance is not guaranteed, you are guaranteed that you will NOT be Hazed. Other Fraternities May Say that they don't haze because it is against their National Bylaws. While this Is a Rule with our Nationals as Well, We Do Not Haze Because It is WRONG.

A Pledge is A Temporary Member until Initiation.

Pledging is at MAXIMUM 8 Weeks.

A Temporary Member is Still A Member.

You Can't Vote in Chapter until You are A Full Brother

We are a SOCIAL fraternity. While we do encourage Community Service this is NOT a Service Fraternity. We highly Recommend Salisbury's Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega which is a SERVICE Fraternity for those more interested in Community Service than the Social Aspect of a College Fraternity.
