All members of the Salisbury Men's Club Lacrosse Program embrace the values set out in the team Mission Statement and adhere to the principles of its Team Standards.

Mission Statement

    The primary goal of the Salisbury Men's Club Lacrosse (SMCL) Program is to represent the game of lacrosse with great honor and integrity. Furthermore, we believe that the following values help define us and accomplish our objectives.

1)	We will promote pride, dignity, and honor and represent Salisbury University, the Salisbury Athletic Department, and the tremendous history of Salisbury lacrosse favorably
2)	We will practice positive leadership and invoke the courage necessary to pursue the right course of action on the field, in the classroom, and in social interactions
3)	We will hold ourselves responsible and accountable for our actions; we recognize that as student-athletes we ultimately represent Salisbury University
4)	We recognize the great amount of time, effort, and contributions made to our program and are thankful for these. Without the support of all members of SMCL and their families, our organization would not exist

    The Salisbury University Men's Club Lacrosse program has a strong tradition based on family values, hard work, perseverance, and positive attitudes. Every stakeholder in our organization will strive to uphold these values and do so in a loyal manner.
