FRIDAY IN RODANTHE

Everyone rose again at sunrise on Friday to surf at S-Turns, although the surf was not as big as Thursday.  SU surfers were all over the place, over 40 of us paddled out for a fun, hootin' and hollerin' type of session.  We don't have any footage from this session, but later in the day these pictures were taken of the crew on the dune at Rodanthe and of Kootman surfing S-Turns.

A few of us chose to try to be smart and avoid the crowds by searching for more secluded breaks...unfortunately, we would have been better off in Rodanthe.  Here's a few shots from Frisco pier, as Cebulka led his crew on the search for waves.

Later on in the day we hit another session...this is the only shot we have scanned and it's me, Nusbaum, the first time ever photographed on a surfboard!
