Flash had our first tournament of the year this weekend in College Park. We had 10 new girls and 13 old girls come out. Everyone did an amazing job. We went 5-1 and finished in 3rd place.

A lot of new girls got their first points. Woo! And I saw a lot of improvement in all of the older girls, too. Great job everyone! Let's keep up the hard work at practice and keep improving for our next tournament!

Ahhhh JMU. Awesome as usual. Thanks to the bitch monkeys for hosting that incredible tournament. You guys were amazing!

Flash had an impressive first tournament back from winter break. The weather conditions were rather cold and windy, but hey, it's JMU.

The freshman played sooo great! Their dump passes were beyond superb. Everyone really stepped up this weekend and I was impressed by every single person.

Can't wait for the next tournament here in Salisbury. See everyone at Huck!

We had another fun weekend of Ultimate. Wooo! This time we were in North Carolina and we had a blast. Everyone played some hard ultimate and I think our sore bodies are the proof. The freshmen got to go to their first tournament and did an awesome job! I am convinced that they are now hooked on Ultimate, and Flash! (Who wouldn't be?) We also have a sweet new advisor, Jen. She is great and we appreciate her so much! Can't wait to see her out at our next tournament.

Great weekend at Club Sectionals, Flash! Overall, we went 4-3. Everyone did a great job and has shown a great deal of improvement since the Spring. Thanks to ReRy, T$, Fonner, and Eileen for letting us stay at their place. It was a lot of fun!

We look forward to our next tournament in College Park. Can't wait to see the newbies out on the field!

Hey Flash! Obviously still working on the website. If you have any ideas or want to help just let me know!

The last few practices have been awesome, and I think everyone can see the difference it makes when we have a good turn-out at running practice, so keep up the hard work Flash!

We had some new girls come out on Thursday(which was great!) but the more the merrier so tell anyone and everyone about Ultimate and how awesome Flash is!

Our first tournament is coming up soon so everyone get pumped and ready to kick some butt at sectionals!

Still slowly working on updating the website. Once I get everyone's profiles done, I want to try to get an alumni page up.

This was a great season Flash! We're going to miss all of our seniors so much next year, but we still have a lot to look forward to.

Make sure you keep playing during the summer whether at tournaments or summer league, or both. If you live in the Central Maryland area, you should consider playing summer league there. For the application, click here.

Sorry it's been so long to update the website. Basically Flash has had an awesome year!

In February, we went to JMU, went 7-0 and got first place!

We just got 2nd place at Sectionals the weekend of April 12-13. Now we're ready for Regionals this weekend in Princeton, New Jersey.

April 3: Sectionals here we come!

What a great feeling to take into sectionals -- Flash went 7-0 at the Charm City Classic and took 1st place out of 12 teams. With only 9 players on Saturday, and some more help on Sunday, the team was able to perfect some amazing flow and really push each other to have some of the best play in a while. Thanks to every girl who came out and to Jen and Jules' families for being so hospitable.

Now it's time for the real deal -- SECTIONALS! If you haven't heard it has been moved to glorious Salisbury where the women will most likely be playing at the Holly Center and Winter Place Park. Flash will be pumping it up these next two weeks and getting ready for the biggest moment of the year!
